2. How Fair Use Works

Some plans are presented as broad or high-availability usage, but all usage remains subject to Fair Use controls to prevent abuse and protect service quality.

In this context, "Unlimited" refers to how many different voices you can clone, not to unlimited generation minutes.

Limits can be applied automatically based on current demand, system health, and abnormal consumption patterns.

3. Service Protection and Abuse Prevention

We may apply temporary throttling, queueing, or feature restrictions when needed to ensure platform stability, security, and fair access for all users.

Repeated abusive or automated misuse may lead to stricter enforcement, including temporary suspension or account review.

4. Current Limits

  • As of February 27, 2026, the Voice Cloning Fair Use limit is 300,000 characters per month, which is approximately 5 hours of generated audio.
  • This threshold may vary depending on total demand from other users, infrastructure load, and operational conditions.
  • We reserve the right to update this limit in the future when required for platform reliability and sustainability.
