• Using this feature to reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display any copyrighted content from YouTube videos.
• Extracting styles from videos you do not have permission to reference (e.g., private or restricted content obtained through unauthorized means).
• Using extracted references to create content that infringes on trademarks, logos, brand identity, or the likeness of identifiable individuals without consent.
• Circumventing geographic, age, or access restrictions to process videos not available to you.

3. Your Responsibility

By using this feature, you confirm that:

• You have the right or permission to use the selected video as a visual style reference.
• You will not use the extracted style or screenshots to infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
• You understand that the generated style prompt is an abstraction of visual characteristics (color palette, lighting, composition, etc.) and is not a reproduction of the original video.
• You accept full responsibility for how you use the generated template and any content created from it.

4. YouTube Terms of Service

YouTube's Terms of Service govern how content on their platform may be accessed and used. This feature is designed to operate within the scope of visual style analysis and does not download, cache, or redistribute video files. However, the user remains responsible for ensuring their use of this feature complies with all applicable terms and laws.

5. Data Handling

• Five JPEG screenshots are temporarily generated during processing and permanently stored in your private project storage.
• No video file is downloaded or stored at any point.
• Temporary processing data (frame buffers) is deleted immediately after extraction.
• The AI-generated visual style prompt contains no identifiable content from the original video (no names, brands, logos, or text).

6. Limitation of Liability

Calliope AI Content Automation LLC provides this feature "as is" and disclaims all liability arising from your use of extracted styles, screenshots, or any content generated using them. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of this feature.
